The VictorianCommunity Access Services was founded in 2003 under the name Urban Services Network to address the need for HIV prevention within Buffalo’s Hispanic community.  From 2004 to 2012, under the name Alianza Latina, the agency provided a variety of programs aimed at empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and increasing knowledge about HIV and other chronic diseases community-wide.

In 2012, we adopted the name Community Access Services to embrace the expansion of the populations we serve-- from primarily Latinos to Communities of Color that are disproportionately impacted by HIV—and to reflect our goal of partnering with our constituents to secure access to care, assistance or resources within their communities.
