Evergreen Health Announces New Executive Team Members

Focus on uplifting and investing in employees to strategically grow healthcare system serving 30,000 patients

Buffalo, N.Y. —  Evergreen Health today announced three new members of the Executive Team: Kim Brown, executive director of affiliate Community Access Services (CAS), Matt Iwanski-Jackson, vice president of human resources and Latrese Myers, vice president of marketing and communications.

Evergreen Health’s work is driven by one goal: to eradicate health inequities by providing unconditional care. Expanding the Executive Team allows leaders to collaborate on the full breadth of our work, make more informed decisions and focus on the organization’s growth.

Serving nearly 30,000 patients each year across seven locations, Evergreen Health continues to evolve to meet the needs of its patients, employees and the community.

Kim Brown, executive director of CAS

Kim Brown will further drive collaboration between Evergreen and CAS to ensure the success of both organizations. In her role, she leads a dynamic team who provides the community with access to unconditional care. Kim is also responsible for strategic planning, supervising, and coordination of services, programs and grants at CAS. In her role, Kim also supports community engagement in the Ken-Bailey neighborhood as Evergreen and CAS prepare for the opening of the new healthcare facility at 3070 Bailey Avenue.

Matt Iwanski-Jackson, vice president of human resources

Matt Iwanski-Jackson has been promoted to vice president of human resources. Matt will continue to oversee the Human Resources Team in support of the organization’s mission, leading talent management, policies and procedures.

Latrese Myers, vice president of marketing and communications

Latrese Myers has been promoted to vice president of marketing and communications. In this role, she provides strategic leadership across marketing, communications, public relations, events and volunteering. She is responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies that align with the organization’s long-term goals and brand identity, while promoting Evergreen’s services, employees and reinforcing its core values.
