Community Access Services (CAS) is a not-for-profit community-based organization committed to addressing the epidemic of HIV and other diseases that challenge the health and welfare of urban communities in Buffalo and Erie County. 

We offer a variety of services to help you reach your health and life goals, including testing and counseling services, and support for men and women to access healthcare and learn about healthy living.

Our community partners help us provide you with a full range of services in a variety of locations throughout Buffalo and Erie County. That way you are never far from the help that you need.
